Registration includes all meals starting Thursday dinner, camping, workshops, circles, rituals, fairy dust and all the joy your heart can hold. If you are staying for the Monday Immersion, Sunday dinner and Monday breakfast are also included.
Early Bird Discounts are available until May 25th (EXTENDED!!) - coupon codes are : EARLY10, EARLY20, EARLY30 for $10 to $30 off (sliding scale pricing!) They apply to Adult, Senior and Young Adult registration and do NOT apply to kids, teens or the Immersion workshops. Coupons are one per order, so if you are purchasing multiple tickets you can use a higher discount or make multiple orders.

Cancellation Fee: Ticketspice now offers Purchase Protection – after you register with us, you have the option of paying a small additional fee that allows you 100% refund if you need to cancel.
If you choose not to use Purchase Protection, we will transfer your registration to another event, either the online Gaian Congress in January 2026, or the 2026 July in-person Fairy Congress. You may also transfer your ticket to another person, please contact us at [email protected] to make that change.
After you register you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an important questionnaire - we would love to know when you are planning to arrive so we can be ready to greet you, and it is also helpful to know what food you will be donating to the community kitchen. We will also send a reminder two weeks before the event. Thank you!
